The FPO Training Programme & Office Visit was organized to strengthen the knowledge and skills of farmers associated with Farmer Producer Organizations. The program provided guidance on group management, agricultural marketing, financial literacy, and sustainable farming practices. Participants also visited the office to understand organizational activities, coordination methods, and community development initiatives. The program encouraged collective learning, leadership development, and improved participation among farmers.
